Have you tried any practices like breathwork, mindfulness, yoga, or strength-building before? Which ones resonated with you most (or least)?
What’s held you back in the past from making yourself and your well-being a priority?
Are there any self-care habits or practices you’ve started but struggled to maintain? If so, what made them challenging?
Do you experience perfectionism, overthinking, or fear of failure when trying to make changes? If yes, please describe.
