Fear or Intuition is below. Fifteen minutes. One practice. The first real step.

This guide is short on purpose. Fifteen minutes is enough. What it asks of you is simple, not long.
Find a room where no one will interrupt you. A pen. A piece of paper. Your phone face down.
You already know. The practice is letting it speak.

A somatic guide that shows the difference between fear and intuition through the mind, body, and soul. Five sentence completions. Three voices to identify. One practice.
Voice 1: Fear
Voice 2: Conditioning
Voice 3: Intuition
Written for women who have been overriding their own knowing.
Download the PDFYour intuition has never spoken to you in words first. It speaks through your body. It always has. The problem is that no one taught you to listen to what your body was saying, so you learned to override it. Fear speaks too — but fear sounds and feels nothing like intuition once you know what to look for.
Read the two lists again. Slowly. Think of the decision you have been circling. The one you already know is on your mind. Now ask yourself honestly which column is running it. You will know. Your body will tell you before your mind does.
Write the first thing that comes. Not the polished version. The first one. That is the one your body sent.
Now read what you wrote. Out loud. Once.

The guide can point. The practice can open the door. What it cannot do is sit with you while the answer keeps speaking.
If you want to go further, there is one more door below.
Three guided video sessions. Somatic breathwork. The work the guide points to but cannot do alone.
A guided practice to find where intuition actually speaks, separate from the noise of fear.
SOMA breathwork to move the belief you named in the practice out of the nervous system that has been holding it.
Land the first real action. The one the practice pointed to.
One-time. Lifetime access.
The guide is yours to keep. The practice is yours to return to. You have been waiting for yourself to listen.
