If any of that landed, you're in the right place. The Shedding is not for the woman who is just starting to ask these questions. It's for the woman who is done asking and ready to do something about them.
This is not therapy. This is not a retreat. This is not a course.
Therapy helps you understand what happened to you. The Shedding is what you do with what you've already understood.
Retreats give you a weekend. The Shedding gives you 12 weeks. Long enough to change something. Not so long you drift.
Courses teach you information. The Shedding is coaching. Real-time, in the room, tailored to what the group brings that night.
This is a small group. Five to eight women. Bi-weekly.
Ninety minutes. Led by Brenda, not a curriculum.
You come in carrying the woman you built. You leave knowing who you actually are.
What the 12 weeks look like
Core Energy Assessment and Group Debrief
Before the program begins, each woman completes an individual energy assessment. In session one, we debrief as a group. Shared patterns surface. You see immediately that you are not the only one carrying this.
Seven Bi-Weekly Group Coaching Sessions (90 minutes each)
This is not a curriculum you move through on a schedule. Each session is led by what the group needs that day. Hot seat coaching, direct guidance, somatic practice. I read the room and take the work where it needs to go.
One Somatic Breathwork Journey (90 minutes, Tuesday, June 30th)
A guided group breathwork experience that does what talking cannot. Releases what your body has been holding. Creates a shared foundation that changes the tone of everything that comes after.
Private Online Community
A dedicated space between sessions to stay connected to the work and to each other. Share what's moving, ask what's stuck, keep going.
Session Recordings
Every session is recorded and available in your private vault. If life intervenes, the work does not get lost.
When we meet
Every session is on Zoom. Cameras on. Intentionally small. Tuesday evenings, 7:00 to 8:30 pm ET, for twelve weeks.

This is a beta cohort of five to eight women. Your presence matters. If you can't commit to showing up to the sessions live, this is not the right round for you. A future public cohort with different dates will open in the fall.
This is not for everyone.
If you're looking for a soft container where nobody ever gets uncomfortable, this isn't it. If you want someone to tell you everything is fine the way it is, I'm not her.
